Flywalk LTD are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a 6 month contract. We're an online sports retailer specialising is all things with wheels alongside our BadmintonHQ and TennisHQ business!
You’ll be involved in our customer service team with a mission of providing our broad range of customers across multiple industries excellent service and advice to ensure their experience is positive one.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Help customers with their enquiries in order to create an optimal experience
· Taking inbound customer queries regarding advice
· Be friendly, helpful, and courteous to all customers at all times
· Be dependable and reliable when dealing with customers
· Be a team player within our friendly family orientated team
· Have an excellent work ethic
· Professional attitude to the workplace
· Good problem-solving skills
Key Skills Needed by the applicant:
· Computer Literate with ability to be a quick typer is ideal
· English, GCSE C or above.
· Good Verbal Communication Skills

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
