Britannia Rose is a growing UK-based interiors brand specialising in luxury made-to-measure curtains, blinds, and soft furnishings. As we expand, we’re looking for a friendly and organised person to join our customer support team.
What you’ll do
- Answer customer queries by email and phone
- Help with fabric advice, measuring, order tracking and general support
- Work with production to resolve issues quickly
- Keep accurate records and follow up where needed
- Deliver a kind, calm experience — even when customers are stressed or fussy
What we’re looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A natural problem solver with a calm attitude
- Comfortable learning new systems (we’ll train you)
- Previous customer service experience (e-commerce or interiors is a plus)
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
