Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre
Location: Redcar Contact Centre
Salary: Basic £25,396 – Uncapped Bonus Structure
Hours: 40 per week (including weekends)
Requirements: Must currently work within a customer services based role to be considered.
As our business continues to grow year on year, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and successful Contact Centre. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and keen to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls within the contact centre
- Achieving individual and team Service targets
- Providing tailored advice and product information to customers
- Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
- Ensuring all work complies with internal policies and Health & Safety procedures
- Working closely with team members and management to maximise performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous or current experience in a contact centre or telephone-based customer services role
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Target-driven with a proven record of achieving KPIs
- Positive attitude with a flexible and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player who is committed to customer satisfaction
