Customer Service Advisor

  • Full time: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Permanent
  • Office Location: Croydon
  • Salary: £31,916 P.A.

We are looking for:

A welcoming and proactive individual to be the first point of contact for our residents. You’ll be front of house, handling queries with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people. We’re seeking someone who is naturally personable, committed to delivering excellent customer service, and confident in championing improvements where needed.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative team of 10 that covers Customer Service, Community and Resident Engagement, Marketing, Sales and Communications. We work closely together to share key messages with our residents, staff, and partners, showcasing the positive impact of our work.

About us:

Founded as Croydon Churches Housing Association, ccha is a social housing provider with a focus on quality homes and excellent customer care. We have over 1600 homes across 3 London Boroughs, Croydon, Sutton & Bromley. We provide a variety of homes including social housing, Shared Ownership and outright sales.

We aspire to build more quality homes and continue to have a positive impact on the local communities in which we operate. Our focus is on ensuring that our residents are happy and safe in their homes.
