Located in the heart of the Midlands. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with the Customer Service team to build a positive relationship with our customer base. Ensuring all customer requirements are dealt with in a timely and professional way.
Your main duties will be:
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries within a timely manner, taking ownership of the enquiry from start to finish.
- Accurately recording and updating the information on the Customer service (CRM) system
- Liaising with customers over email and phone calls.
- Handling customer complaints professionally.
- Building positive relationships with our customers
- Processing orders accurately.
- Working well within a team and ability to work on your own initiative.

Experience/Skills Needed:
· Experience in similar customer service/administration role
· Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
· Excellent IT skills – Excel/Word etc.
· Ability to lead by example
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
