Role Description
Aquarius are hiring for Part-Time and Full Time Customer Service Advisor roles located in Dunfermline with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, taking orders, processing returns, and maintaining customer databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in a customer service, call center, or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional qualifications in customer service or related fields is a plus
Requirements
- 1 plus years customer service experience
The ideal candidate for this role should possess exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be patient, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. The ability to work as part of a team and independently is essential. Previous experience in a customer service-related role is desirable, but not essential.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
