Summary
In this dynamic and varied role, each day will bring new challenges as you engage with a diverse range of customers via email, phone, and live chat. You’ll take ownership of the entire order journey, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish with no unexpected delays for our customers. To thrive in this position, you’ll need to be confident and experienced in using CRM systems, with a solid working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable ticketing platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, high-quality service across all customer touchpoints.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Provide personalised and proactive support that exceeds expectations.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback to continually enhance service delivery.
- Monitor stock levels in real time to prevent order delays.Work closely with suppliers and production to minimise disruptions.
- Notify customers swiftly of any stock issues and offer suitable alternatives.
- Understand the cost implications of stock challenges and communicate them clearly to customers and the business.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled promptly and without error.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Goods In, and Production teams to eliminate any delays.
- Act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to share updates, improve processes, and support company-wide goals.
