We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills as well as the ability to analyse customer needs.
We will need someone to be immediately available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Process orders efficiently while ensuring data entry is completed with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage.
- Ability to analyse information and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Please note, this is an admin / office based Customer Service role that will be answering phones and emails - Retail or In-Store experience is not applicable.
