Role: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: Up to £25,400 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EX – Minimum 3 days in the office

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for their next career step or a new challenge within a growing business.

What the Customer Service Administrator role entails:

  • Dealing with customer calls and emails, helping with questions about orders, deliveries and products.
  • Process orders and returns accurately, making sure everything is sent out on time and in the right format.
  • Handle invoices, refunds, credits and work with other teams, such as accounts and buying to sort out any issues.
  • Work closely with teams across the business to keep things running smoothly and make sure stock and product information is up to date.
  • Take care of general admin tasks and help keep everything organised.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience using Zendesk is desirable but not essential
  • Individual with 1-2 years customer service experience in an office environment is desirable but not essential
