Full Time is 37.5 hours a week and 5 days from 7. There will be the requirement to work evenings and weekends. We are open 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5pm Saturday and 10:30am - 5pm on Sunday. During peak times we will extend our opening times.

- Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
