Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time only
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Communicating to and supporting students attending across the study programme
- Supporting trip organisation
- Organising and tracking department finances
- Organising and tracking department data, including for moderation purposes
- Organising and developing documentation for the department
- Using Microsoft Teams to share opportunities to students
- Supporting and leading in department strategy
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Experience of working in administration roles is preferable
- Adaptable organisational and time-management skills, including personally
- Confidence in interpreting and tracking data
