Job Title: Culinary/Food and Beverage Trainee (Paid Traineeship)

Position Overview:

This Food & Beverage Traineeship at a renowned 4-star resort offers hands-on, rotational training across restaurant service, banquets, and in-room dining. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining spaces and event functions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and service stations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Learn and uphold brand and service standards across all F&B operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related work experience or
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary academic institution outside the U.S. or
- Graduated with 12 months of relevant work experience
- F&B/Culinary experience A MUST
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Previous experience in culinary and or food and beverage
- Friendly, adaptable, and guest-focused approach
