DHI is recruiting a Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS) Dependency and Recovery Worker to support clients in collaboration with probation services across the South Gloucestershire area. This role involves coordinating support with a range of health and social care services to help address broader individual needs, such as mental health support and housing assistance.

We are looking for someone who brings creativity and enthusiasm to supporting clients in making positive changes in their lives.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive Drug and Alcohol Community Team, committed to delivering exceptional service and working collaboratively to make a real difference.

A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.

About You
