About Delta-Xero
At Delta-Xero, we’re leading the way in high-performance oil and fluid filtration systems that deliver tangible sustainability and cost-saving benefits across multiple industries – from manufacturing and waste management to renewables, marine and heavy-duty machinery.
Our award-winning technology helps clients reduce waste, energy use, and downtime, supporting both commercial outcomes and environmental goals. As we continue to grow our global distributor network and deepen our customer relationships, we’re looking for a proactive CRM & Sales Enablement Executive to help us unlock even more value from our existing data and sales activity.
The Role
This is a new and exciting position, ideal for someone who’s confident working independently, naturally curious and skilled in turning CRM data into action. You’ll be responsible for identifying dormant opportunities, missed follow-ups, and warm leads that need re-engaging – supporting our sales team with insight, organisation, and targeted contact lists.
You’ll also help maintain and improve the quality of our CRM, ensuring we never miss a potential conversation or commercial opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification & Prioritisation
- Review CRM activity regularly to identify warm or inactive leads ready for follow-up.
- Segment contacts based on industry, engagement, or sales stage.
- Work with the sales team to align efforts on high-potential accounts.
- Data Management & Insight
- Maintain a clean and structured CRM (we use Prospect) with accurate tagging and categorisation.
- Identify gaps in contact/company information and enrich where possible.
- Produce custom reports, activity alerts, or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Re-engagement Strategy
- Help build lists for targeted email or call reactivation efforts.
- Draft or support the development of outreach templates and messaging.
- Monitor results from re-engagement campaigns and adjust targeting as needed.
- Sales Team Support
- Act as the “CRM eyes and ears” for the team – flagging who needs to be contacted, when, and why.
- Help track open opportunities and ensure nothing is left behind.
- Suggest improvements to how we use the CRM to manage pipelines and customer journeys.
About You
- You’re experienced in working with a CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.).
- You enjoy investigating data, spotting patterns, and finding ways to bring order and efficiency.
- You’re confident working independently, with a keen eye for opportunity.
- You understand the basics of a sales pipeline and how contact engagement can be used to drive action.
- You communicate clearly and professionally, whether it’s over email, on a call, or writing notes for others to pick up.
Desirable
- Experience in B2B sales or working with technical/distributor-based sales models.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or email campaign tools.
- Understanding of customer segmentation
Why Join Delta-Xero?
