Working in our Head office based in Leeds, The Lanes Group needs an experienced Credit Controller on a Temporary basis to join our Credit Control Department.
About the role:
- Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
- Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: £27000 dependent on experience
Responsibilities – but not limited to:
- Chasing cash by phone/email
- Credit Limit
- Dunning letters
- Debt meetings with manager and depots
- Building internal relationships and external relationships with customers
- Reviewing on stop accounts
- Escalating queries for resolvement with the depots
- Team project work
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- We are looking for someone who can prioritise their time efficiently, self motivated and confident to handle challenges
- IT efficient
- Data Inputting Skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email
