Principle Purpose of Position:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Controller at Westgate Global Ltd. The Credit Controller will be responsible for credit control, credit management, debt collection, and managing debtors. This role is based in Staffordshire at our Head Office. The role will report into the Ledger Supervisor.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking ideally for a self starter who can come into the department and hit the ground running
- Ability to roll sleeves up and get involved in all areas of Finance
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Customer Service mindset is paramount
- Proficient in Microsoft Products, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus
Experience & Qualifications:
- Credit Control and Credit Management skills
- Debt Collection and Debtors management skills
- Finance knowledge and experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Construction Industry is a plus
- A levels, GCSEs (Maths and English) and AAT would be advantageous
