Salary: £22,000 rising to £25,000 depending on experience.

What does the role of a Credit Controller look like?
In this integral role, you will be working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, dealing with customers and Insurers via phone and email.
- Discussing payment options/plans and monitoring them for the duration
- Dealing with Insurer and customer finance emails and calls
- Calculating balances in the event of cancellation
- General chasing of outstanding balances
- Setting up and monitoring customer finance agreements
- Dealing with customer queries
- Collection of payments
- Passing debt process with appointed Debt collectors
What skills are we looking for?
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Credit Controller, preferable with experience in the Insurance Industry . This job-role requires talking to customers and insurers, so you'll need to be comfortable with phone and email communication. Full training and support will be given.
