Our client is a national estate management company specialising in residential block management, working with major developers, independent landlords, and resident management companies across the UK.
The Job:
We are currently looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their collaborative team and play a vital role in supporting leaseholders and clients with service charge payments, queries, and related admin. If you’re proactive, detail-focused, and looking to develop your career within property or finance administration, we’d like to hear from you.
About the role:
- Managing credit control processes for your own property portfolio
- Accurately processing telephone payments and handling leaseholder queries
- Liaising with solicitors and property managers, ensuring smooth communication
- Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely, professional manner
- Supporting sales transactions from offer to completion
- Assisting with weekly/monthly reporting and legal documentation
- Taking part in monthly team calls and collaborating with internal teams
- Completing mandatory and optional training as part of your development
About you:
- A team player with strong communication and organisation skills
- Someone who is eager to learn and complete in-house credit control training
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- An eye for detail and a methodical approach to admin and data
- Previous experience in credit control, customer service, or property admin is helpful but not essential
