We’re currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced pallet networking operation in Lichfield.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move palletised goods safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trailers and vehicles
- Working within a busy cross-dock or pallet network environment
- Maintaining high levels of safety and accuracy
- Supporting the team with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced or pallet network warehouse is essential
- Confidence working to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
- Assessment required before start date
Shifts & Pay:
- Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
- Shifts: Start times 6pm or 8pm - 8.5 hour shifts
