- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and front of shop.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for accurate billing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Provide help to customers with any inquiries or special requests.
