Precia-Molen is one of the leading suppliers of industrial weighing equipment in the world. With a strong UK presence, we deliver nationwide servicing across industries such as waste, recycling, aggregates and agriculture. We have an excellent opportunity at our Dunfermline office for a Contracts Administrator.

Working within an established team, the department's aim is to provide the highest level of customer care within the weighing industry. The Contracts Administrator plays a key role within our customer service team - managing the full commercial contract cycle including proposals, contracts, amendments and invoicing. You’ll ensure that customers receive accurate, timely documentation and excellent communication.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be accountable for the following tasks:

Essential requirements:

Salary £26,450. + OTE

Benefits: Flexible bank holidays, company pension (auto enrol) and private healthcare scheme. (after 18 months)

Holiday entitlement 23 days rising to 25 days in year 2.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,450.00 per year
