About the Role
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our busy Contracts Department. This is an office-based role where you will play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly. The role involves processing contract information, maintaining accurate records, ordering stock, attending meetings, and supporting managers with day-to-day requirements.
The position requires someone proactive, able to solve problems, and confident working both independently and as part of a team. Training will be provided on our internal processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update contract data accurately in Sapphire
- Maintain and monitor records for surveys, manufacturing, and installations
- Record, file, and track installation handovers and documentation
- Order stock and materials for managers as required
- Attend internal meetings and provide administrative support to managers
- Help identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Assist with preparing payment details for installers and subcontractors
- Produce contract-related reports, including KPIs and progress updates
- General office administration, filing, and scanning

Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 2.30pm
Salary: £24,000 per year (depending on experience)
