Transparent Wage Structure:
- ● £13.20ph - weekday care ("unqualified" carers)
- ● £13.30ph - weekday care ("qualified" carers)
- ● £13.50ph - weekend care ("qualified" & "unqualified")
- ● £20ph - Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
- ● £15ph - New Years Eve & New Years Day
- ● £12.21ph - Training/ shadowing & travel time
- ● 25p per mile
Your Contract: 55hrs MINIMUM to 77hrs MAXIMUM Fortnightly. (Average of 33 hours per week)
- Week 1:
- Monday 7am to 2pm
- Tuesday OFF
- Wednesday OFF
- Thursday 7am to 2pm
- Friday 2pm to 9pm
- Saturday OFF
- Sunday 7am to 2pm - (or can take off the contract if preffered- but will decrease the hours.)

Requirements:
- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willing to obtain - we'll fund it!)
- Full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check (we'll reimburse this in your first wage)
- Compassionate nature and dedication to quality care

- Provide essential personal care and support
- Medication management
