The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced and established contentious construction lawyer to join our existing Construction & Engineering team and support our ambitious growth strategy.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with construction, engineering and energy disputes including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC and will have experience and knowledge of the major forms of contract including the JCT, NEC, FIDIC and IChemE suites.
We require a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to assist in growing the firm’s existing contentious Construction & Engineering offering.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established fee earner with an appetite to help develop the firms existing contentious Construction & Engineering offering. Senior level appointments are available for the right candidate.
