We’re now hiring a videographer and content creator to take full ownership of our video and social media channels output and help us grow our online presence through content that’s real, valuable, and engaging.
What You’ll Do
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media content, especially video. You’ll be behind the camera, turning property projects, behind-the-scenes moments, and expert education into short-form and long-form content that builds our brand and grows our community.
Your Role Will Include:
- Filming and editing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Creating and repurposing content from long-form videos, events, interviews, and property tours
- Capturing day-to-day footage from our projects, mentoring sessions, and office life
- Shooting and editing videos such as talking-heads, walkthroughs, case studies, tutorials, and BTS vlogs
- Planning, scripting, and storyboarding content in collaboration with the team
- Managing a video content calendar with a regular output of short and long-form content
- Supporting wider content efforts, including social post scheduling, ads, and creative input
- Keeping up with content trends to make sure our videos hit the mark and grab attention
What You’ll Need

- Comfortable creating fast-paced, platform-specific content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Solid understanding of how to hook, pace, and structure short-form videos
- Self-starter with good time management, organisation, and attention to detail
- Based locally or able to commute to Southsea
Advantageous (but not essential):
- Experience working on or editing podcasts (video/audio setups/operating equipment)
- Experience flying and filming with drones
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic Canva or graphic design ability to create thumbnails

- Editing primarily done in-office, with occasional remote flexibility as needed
