Overview
We are launching Lucid - a law firm specialising in landlord, tenant and property.
We are seeing an increasing volume of enquiries concerning tenancy deposits (and client landlords who have not protected them / fallen-foul of the law).
We're looking for a specialist able to handle these queries on a day-to-day basis. They often turn into long-running disputes (with the other side) - so for someone wanting to generate a flow of work and able to service these disputes - the opportunity is huge.
Duties
- Work with other Lucid team members to accurately identify and handle the queries
- Provide swift, strategic guidance to landlords and clients needing support
- Record work tracking in Lucid's CRM.
- Manage billing processes and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or experience handling landlord deposit disputes
- Able to work independently and remotely
Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£500.00 per hour
