Job Summary

Duties

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration on project initiatives.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during the implementation of recommended strategies.
- Monitor project outcomes, measuring success against established benchmarks and making adjustments as necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in management consulting or a related field, demonstrating expertise in business consulting and development.
- Strong skills in change management, strategic planning, process improvement, and project management.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a focus on business analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
