Are you a skilled trades professional with a passion for building futures? Finch Woods Academy, part of the forward-thinking Manor Hall Academy Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Construction & Trades (Multi-Skills) Tutor to inspire the next generation!
Wanted for September 2025 (or as soon as possible thereafter). Salary Range: £26,000 to £39,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.

No Teaching Experience? No Problem!
We believe in potential. Whether you're a seasoned educator or looking to transition into teaching, we'll provide all the training and support you need to achieve your teaching qualifications (including Qualified Teacher Status if applicable).
Your Impactful Role:
As a Trades Tutor, you'll deliver engaging and practical lessons, guiding Key Stage 4 pupils through Level 1 and 2 courses, with exciting plans to expand into Level 3 in our future sixth form. You'll empower students to:
- Master hands-on skills in their chosen trades.
- Gain the technical knowledge essential for a successful career.
- Build confidence and achieve their full potential.
