We are an established health and safety consultancy based in Glasgow. We are looking for a a highly experienced Construction Health and Safety Advisor for an ongoing renewable project in the North of England.
This short-term contract role will be based on site for approximately 12 - 15 months. We require someone with a significant experience, knowledge and skills in construction safety, preferably with renewables and / or utilities experience.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities / qualifications:
- A degree in a safety, construction or design related field
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum
- CSCS / SSSTS / SMSTS
- Experienced in construction safety including a working knowledge of the CDM 2015 Regulations
- Experience of working n site within a busy, customer focused environment
- Able to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Develop strong working relationships
- Pragmatic and can work independently
- Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel as required
- Member of IOSH and APS
- Experience of the renewables and utilities sectors desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
