Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, including floors, windows, and furniture.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
