We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Components Processor to join our busy team in Poole. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working with tyres daily, ensuring they are inspected, checked for quality, packaged correctly, and processed through our systems.
If you’re someone with strong attention to detail, enjoys physical work, and takes pride in keeping things organised, this role offers a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inspecting tyres to ensure they meet quality standards
Preparing, cleaning, and labelling tyres ready for packaging
Packaging tyres to a high standard for storage and dispatch
Carrying out quality control checks to identify damage or defects
Updating inventory and maintaining accurate records using inhouse systems
Moving and sorting tyres safely in line with manual handling practices
Working closely with Warehouse and Production teams to maintain smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manual handling role
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
Reliable, hardworking, and health & safety conscious
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Basic IT skills (comfortable using phones, tablets, or handheld systems)
Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment
