About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s confident managing documentation, takes pride in detail and is ready to take ownership of key compliance and sustainability processes across the business.
You’ll play a vital role in coordinating regulatory compliance and supplier due diligence, managing documentation workflows, and supporting environmental initiatives – including carbon reporting and helping us work towards our Net Zero goals.

Why This Role Matters - Key Responsibilities
As Compliance Officer, you will:
- Coordinate documentation and supplier due diligence across our global operations
- Track and manage business-wide compliance data and ensure internal systems remain accurate and audit-ready
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to support our sourcing standards and risk management efforts
- Coordinate carbon reporting across the business and contribute to the development and delivery of our carbon reduction strategy
- Help build and maintain a clear roadmap for our Net Zero and environmental commitments
- Support internal improvements and contribute to building a smarter, more sustainable compliance process
Essential Skills
To excel in this role, you’ll need a solid foundation in compliance, sustainability or supply chain operations, along with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience managing compliance or sustainability data, or working in a supply chain support role
- Familiarity with emissions tracking and reporting processes
- Understanding of due diligence, regulatory or responsible sourcing requirements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a methodical approach to managing documentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and manage detailed data sets
- Comfortable working with digital tools
- Clear communicator, confident working with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Naturally curious, solution-focused and confident identifying and implementing improvements
- A genuine interest in environmental responsibility and building a more sustainable future
