We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Complex Health Care Assistant (HCA, Carer or Support Worker) to support a client travel to Europe. You will require a British Passport and a driving licence.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Complex Health Care Assistant:
- Repositioning and hoisting (ceiling track)
- Medication administration and pain management
- Support with nutrition and hydration
- Continence care
- Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
- Supporting communication using assistive technology
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in complex care preferred (training available)
- Patient, empathetic, and reliable
- Confident working independently
- Able to follow detailed care plans
- Committed to dignity and person-centred care
- Driver with access to a car and business insurance (essential)
