If so, CRM Ltd are looking for female Support Workers to join a well established all female team to support our client in their own home with all aspects of daily living.
Working during the day as part of team on a 2;1 basis, with a sleep- in (shift duration of 26 hours) or 12 hour day shifts. Responsibilities to include:
- Personal care
- Domestic duties around the home
- Support with social activities
- Medication Administration
The ideal candidate will have:
- A compassionate and caring nature, with the ability to build a good rapport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Flexibility to provide cover when needed
- Ideally previous experience in a similar role
