What Youll Be Doing
As a Complex Care Assistant, youll be working with individuals who have a range of complex needs. Your role will include:
- Supporting individuals withAutismandLearning Difficulties
- Providingclinical interventionslike PEG feeds, Tracheostomy care, and Clinical suction
- OfferingPositive Behaviour Support
- Assisting withMental HealthandPersonal Care
- EncouragingSocial InteractionandEducational Enrichment
