About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help our customers access the community and assist with day to day activities which may also involve assisting them in the bathroom. This role is for weekend workers.
The purpose of this role is to provide the highest possible standard of support to our customers.

About our team
You will spend most of your time lone working with customers. However, you will be part of our fabulous team, who are super passionate about supporting our customers. We are a growing team of 30+ and feel more like a work family, our Managers are always there to offer support and guidance. They also provide support to our customers, so they know how difficult and stressful the job can be. We do not just look after our customers, we look after each other too.
Working hours
We are able to offer a variety of contracts to suit your requirements and would welcome anyone looking for part time or full time hours.
About you
We would welcome anyone who is sociable, dependable and motivated to help our customers live happy lives. You must thrive on interacting with others and be passionate about providing excellent customer service. You will impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative and building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have an interest in helping others to maximize their lives. You are organised, have excellent communication and IT skills and can make your own decisions effectively. Ideally, you will have some experience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, as well as being able to work collaboratively with different partners.
We would like you to have knowledge and understanding of the health and social issues that affect vulnerable people.
In line with regulations, all record keeping must be accurate and kept up to date, therefore it is important that you can speak a good standard of English and be able to write a report which can be understood. This will also ensure continuity of care for our customers, which is paramount.
Due to the nature of the role you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
