About The Role
We are looking for a full time (37 hours per week) Community Outreach Officer, on a fixed term contract to 31 May 2026.
As a Community Outreach Officer you will strive to improve the quality of life of residents within communities, in particular those who are most disadvantaged and to promote equality of opportunity and aspiration, with a particular focus on health and wellbeing and homelessness prevention.
Work will be on a project basis or in a designated geographical area in accordance with project priorities and service demands.
