Care at Home Services is a long-standing family run care company, providing domiciliary care through our Care branches, located across Kent and Sussex. Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Care staff to work a variety of shift patterns – these include working hours of 7am-2pm, 4pm-10pm and alternate weekends. We have full and part time work available.
You will need to deliver commitment and compassion to both the clients and the role itself, deliver the highest standard of care, allow clients to remain as independent as possible and enjoy working alone and as part of a team. Being adaptable and personable is essential.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist with all personal care needs – washing/dressing/toileting
- Medication Support
- Meal Preparation
- Light Domestic duties/shopping when required
- Social and Emotional Support – to include Community outings and Companionship calls
- Any additional tasks as needed
