⭐We are seeking kind, caring Social Workers to join our lovely team!! ⭐
Main responsibilities:
- Daily Living Support:
- Assisting with tasks like toileting, washing, cooking, cleaning and general personal care.
- Medication Management:
Administering and recording medication as needed, working with healthcare professionals.
- Emotional and Social Support:
Providing companionship, encouragement, and support to individuals, helping them maintain their health and well-being.Maintaining accurate records of support provided, progress made, and any concerns or changes.
⭐Encouraging and empowering individuals to maintain their independence and achieve their goals whilst remaining in their own homes.⭐
