Overview
We've got room for a hardworking and energetic Community Care Worker in our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
- We deal in reality, not just theory – some days will be smooth, others will be a bit chaotic, but we muck in together.
- You’ll be trusted to get on with the job – no micromanaging, but we expect you to be reliable and take pride in your work.
- You’ll meet all sorts of characters – from chatty clients who will tell you their life story to those who’d rather you just make the tea and crack on.
- Weather doesn’t stop us – sunshine, rain, wind… if the client needs us, we’re there.
- Training and support provided – we want you to succeed and feel confident.
- We’re human too – if something’s not working, we’ll talk about it and try to fix it.
- This is a job where you’ll go home tired but knowing you’ve made a difference – the “good tired” at the end of the day.
- Uniform and kit provided – but you’ll still need a decent coat and comfy shoes.
- Room to grow – if you want to take on more responsibility, we’ll help you get there.
