A Role That Balances Routine & Flexibility
We offer both full-time contracts and part-time opportunities to suit a range of lifestyles:
- 37.5 hours/week across 5 days (Full-Time)
- Flexible part-time hours available
- Alternate weekends included
- Shifts include:
- Mornings: 07:00 – 14:00
- Midday: 10:00 – 16:00
- Evenings: 16:00 – 22:00
- Minimum of 3 morning or evening shifts per week
- Pick up additional shifts through our Click to Care app
We’ll build a rota that works for you—while ensuring clients receive consistent, quality care.
What You’ll Do
Each visit is unique, but your role always centres around providing warmth, dignity, and comfort. You’ll support clients with:
- Personal care that respects privacy and promotes independence
- Preparing meals and supporting hydration
- Medication prompts or administration
- Light household tasks (laundry, tidying, fresh bedding)
- Safe mobility and movement assistance
- Friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship
- Quick, simple care recording via our mobile app
You’ll be the friendly face your clients trust—the one who helps them feel safe, seen, and supported.
What You’ll Need
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
- A genuine, caring nature and a commitment to quality care
- Basic confidence using a smartphone—we’ll guide you if needed!

- £26,000 annual salary (pro rata for part-time)
- 45p per mile travel allowance
