We are currently seeking several Commercial/Corporate Paralegals to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
- Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements.
- Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.
- Good academic credentials.
- In-house legal experience is preferred (directly, or as a secondee) but is not essential.
- Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
