At iRG Hereford, we’re a small but busy express bodyshop, proud of our friendly, hands-on team and our reputation for quality repairs and excellent customer service. We’re now looking for a versatile and organised Commercial Administrator to join us and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied role that combines elements of:
- Parts – ordering, receiving, and checking vehicle parts
- Customer Service – answering calls, booking vehicles in, keeping customers updated
- Driving – collecting and delivering customer vehicles when needed
- Valeting – ensuring vehicles are cleaned to a high standard before handover
You’ll be at the heart of our workshop’s operations, working closely with both the workshop team and customers to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle parts ordering, stock control, and returns
- Greet customers and provide updates on repair progress
- Arrange collection and delivery of customer vehicles
- Carry out valeting and quality checks before vehicle handover
- Assist with general admin tasks to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous experience in the automotive sector or in a similar admin role is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
