The Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Team on a maternity cover contract. You’ll support both the Sales and Buying teams, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate reporting, and excellent communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sales trackers and generate reports
- Liaise with operations and communicate customer feedback
- Open new client accounts and support tender preparation
- Perform basic analysis using Excel and Sage
Purchasing Support
- Assist with purchase order management and supplier communication
- Monitor shipments and deliveries
- Run purchasing reports and maintain PO breakdowns
- Build relationships across departments and with suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial role
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
