We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, dining area, and kitchen to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining basic math skills for accurate change giving.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and support one another during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained.
- Strong serving skills with an ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
