Barista Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food, coffee, tea and other drinks that meet quality standards set by the manager
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions and concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Naturally seeks out tasks during quieter periods
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently while delivering a great customer service
- Ensuring the coffee shop is clean, tidy and well stocked whenever possible
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offering
- Must clean the restroom and preparation areas throughout their shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £9.50-£12.21 per hour
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista : 1 year (required)
