Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer (Mazatrol Controls)
Location: Within commuting distance of Corby, Huntingdon, Wisbech, King’s Lynn, Peterborough, Stamford, Spalding, and surrounding areas
Hourly Rate: Up to £20.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Days only
Company Overview We are a precision engineering business specializing in high-quality turned components for a range of industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer skilled in Mazatrol controls to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Mazatrol-controlled CNC lathes
- Manufacture precision components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Optimise and modify existing programs to boost efficiency and quality
- Conduct in-process inspections using standard measuring equipment
- Manage jobs independently from programming through to final production
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer using Mazatrol controls
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with a variety of materials and batch sizes
- Solid understanding of tooling and machining principles
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
