About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead (RGN or RMN) to join our leadership team at a well-regarded nursing home in the E4 area. This full-time position involves working day shifts across weekdays and weekends, with a total of 42 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
- Lead and support the nursing team to ensure clinical excellence
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with residents and families
- Ensure compliance with NMC and CQC standards
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development
- Work closely with the home manager to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Active NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Passion for elderly care and continuous improvement
