The role involves assessing individual needs, developing a personalised approach to meet their needs and, where possible, help clients transition into stable housing. The postholder will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including statutory and non-statutory agencies, external providers, and support services, to ensure a coordinated approach to addressing rough sleeping and homelessness. This role requires a compassionate and proactive individual who can build trust with vulnerable populations and advocate for their needs. The Client Support Advisor will assist clients with any practical needs such as laundry, clothing, handling mail, messages, and phone charging.
