We are seeking a Client Success Manager with a proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level client relationships in the Private Markets space. This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic CSM who thrives in high-stakes environments and can navigate nuanced client dynamics with professionalism and precision. The ideal candidate will hold a Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent experience) and bring deep expertise in driving adoption, retention, and growth across a sophisticated client base.
You Will
- Own and manage a book of high-value, enterprise clients—serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships and deliver a white-glove client experience that drives measurable value and long-term retention.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively mitigate risk through client health monitoring, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Serve as a quarterback across internal teams—collaborating with Product, Support, Sales, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate for client needs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with the Client Partner on renewal strategy and identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning client goals with product capabilities.
- Translate complex workflows and product capabilities into clear value propositions and best practices for client teams.
- Represent the voice of the client in internal roadmap, support, and operational conversations.
You Have
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Support, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience configuring, managing, or supporting Salesforce workflows strongly preferred
- Direct experience managing real estate clients or supporting other financial services firms.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-stakes enterprise relationships.
- High EQ and executive presence with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
